No rope, nails, metal, rocks, plastic, or lumber.

THE DETAILS (please read and comply!):

To Be Eligible:

1. You must be up to date with your 2020 dues.  If you have any other questions about your 2020 membership status, email Lisa Lux at membership@mirrormont.org .

2. You must have an easily visible street address sign by the side of your driveway (a reflective, two-sided MCA-sponsored signpost — or your own sign).

Register for Chipper Days: Email Lisa Lux membership@mirrormont.org with the following information:

Name, Street Address, Phone number, Email, Number of piles, Do you want the chips placed on your property? YES/NO

Deadline: 5:00 PM on October 19th.

Pay your co-pay here

Print out and Post ‘Flow Number-House Number’ on your pile. ‘Flow Number-House Number’ will be assigned and emailed to you before October 28th. Put the Flow Number—House Number print-out with “Chips YES/NO” notice in a Ziploc bag to protect it from rain and post it on your pile. (Identify where you want chips placed with tarp or other obvious signage. It must be close to a Mirrormont road where the chipper truck can dump.) Post by October 25th.

Report number of hours worked trimming, cleaning-up, and moving your piles to the roadway. Our continued designation as a Firewise community and eligibility for future grants is based in part on volunteer hours that go toward making our community “Firewise” and safer. This is important! Email the hours to Lisa Lux at membership@mirrormont.org Report by October 30th.

For any other questions about Chipper Days 2020 or if you need outside help in collecting piles for financial or physical limitations please email Wayne Elson at: wayneelson@comcast.net.
